Client: Multinational pharmaceutical company
Assignment: Created ready-to-drink meal
replacement for diabetics, from idea to store shelf for the company,
which was new to the foods business. Created initial formula and
base mix, managed flavoring, verified nutritional claims and requirements,
and sourced ingredients. Audited and scaled up co-packer, managed
regulatory claims, and ensured product was compatible with brand
family. Modified products and marketing position for mainstream
consumers.
Client: Marketer of specialty liquid dietary
supplements
Assignment: Helped develop new uses and
improve performance and function of liquid supplement. Managed in-house
formulation of product including flavor development and co-packers,
and identified cost-reduction opportunities.
