Assignment: Created new product development strategies
and tactics to help company to enter U.S. market, including assessing company's
current product line, product "flankers",
and new products consistent with corporate objectives. Worked on process from
ingredient to commercialization, including quality specifications, identifying
and verifying co-packer strategies.
Client: International manufacturer of flavors and flavoring ingredients
Assignment: Served as member (and, subsequently, chairman) of select technical
advisory board, assisting development of technical strategies and tactics consistent
with corporate goals. Helped develop technical and business strategic alliances
to differentiate company from competition.
