Client: Asian distributor of ingredients
and prepared foods
Assignment: Developed nutritional beverage
dry mix. Verified product's nutrients, estimated and confirmed
costs, and identified contract manufacturers in the U.S. Selected
packaging and labeling, established ongoing quality assurance program
for production, and determined shipment of the mix.
