frozen doughs. Determined need, technology and specifications for modified
flour, which is currently the only product of its type commercially available.
Client: Independent specialty cookie and cracker manufacturer
Assignment: Managed product development and quality assurance services for retail
marketing of more than 200 SKUs to be manufactured by more than 15 contractors.
Program includes specification and product development, QA parameter setting
and management support, GMP and TQM training, plant audits, and regulatory and
cost reduction programs.
